Return Policy

We are proud of the products we manufacture and sell. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All ViaBoxes.com products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unassembled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise purchase price. If your return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), you will receive a full refund, including all shipping costs.

Items that have been assembled or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund and subject to a 20% restocking charge.

ViaBoxes.com will replace or refund each part of your order against manufacturing defects for up to one year.

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective item or part and need to exchange it for the same item or part, please email us at contact@ViaBoxes.com or call 503-330-3033 and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original merchandise purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 2 to 3 weeks to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from ViaBoxes.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

ViaBoxes.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ViaBoxes.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
